Shipping & Returns


First find the product(s) you're looking for:

  1. Please sign in and use the navigation menu on the top of our website OR type your chosen keyword(s) into the search bar at the top of our website.  Note: Distributors need to be logged in to their activated account before they can access wholesale pricing.
  2. Click the "Add to cart" button on the page of your desired product to add it to your cart.

To checkout online:

  1. View your shopping cart by clicking on the Cart link on the top menu of our website.
  2. Once you have added all the items you would like to purchase to your cart, click on the "Checkout" button.
  3. You will then need to enter in shipping and billing addresses and select your shipping method.
  4. The following screen will confirm your order, and we will send you a Pro Forma by email to pay either by our Pay Online service, or via Bank Transfer.





  1. Brewista uses DHL this is our preferred shipping method. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours once orders have been sent to the 
    T Logistics warehouse. Time to ship varies, based on the size of the order. We are unable to make changes to orders after they have been placed.

  2. Please notify us in advance of any documentation you need to come with your shipment, and these can all be processed together, not having this information could delay getting you order on time.

Returns Policy

30 Day Returns

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

For incorrectly delivered items or damaged goods, please contact us and we will get this fixed as soon as possible.
